Parenthood by Numbers started as an idea as a webcomic where I (Matt Miller) could share all the fun and tribulation of not only being a parent, but also a step-parent. However, it soon dawned on me that it could be much more than that. It could also be a valuable parental resource and outlet for my other creative endeavors. So weather you're here for fun, advice, or just to get some much needed affirmation about this whole parenting / step-parenting thing, this place is for you. Stay tuned for content.

Also a big shoutout to Randal Monroe and his xkcd comic whose simplistic style inspired me to have the courage to create this one.

Matt Miller

Matt is a native Midwesterner who lives in Wisconsin. He's married and has four kids - two of which are from his wife's first marriage. In his free time he roams the outdoors and enjoys spending time with his family. Having quit his 9 to 5 to help slow life down a little for his family, he is now embarking on the creative and therapeutic journey of writing a webcomic.
